Combat Basics

Combat progress is easier when you treat equipment as a production chain. Pick the enemy you want to fight, check its wiki page, then work backwards through the item and recipe pages for the upgrades you need.

• Equip your intended weapon and armour instead of carrying them in Inventory.
• Check the enemy page for combat stats, drops, silver, XP, and known locations.
• Start with an enemy you can defeat consistently; reliable kills are more useful than repeated defeats.
• Use item pages to compare attack power, attack interval, defence, requirements, and quality support.
• Keep Inventory space available for drops before starting a longer combat session.

If combat stalls, identify the weakest equipment slot, search for the next craftable option, and follow its Used In and Obtained From links. Gathering and crafting the smallest useful upgrade is usually clearer than changing every slot together.
